        ? ? ? 心臟微血管內皮細胞(CMEC)在心肌功能中發揮重要作用。CEMC能夠調節血管張力,這一作用通過釋放和降解內皮源性血管活性物質、以酶促作用調節局部縮血管物質和舒血管物質水平實現。些物質中的許多還可以調節心肌的收縮行為。此外,微血管已被證明參與白細胞聚集,炎癥和血管生成的調控。他們也能轉分化為肌成纖維細胞,提示的作用,提示其作用與細胞外基質異常聚集和纖維化病變有關。CMEC的體外培養是一種可視的工具用來研究CMEC心臟功能和疾病的生理學以及病理生理學。
