        ? ? ? 人腦微血管內皮細胞是血腦屏障的主要組成成分,并使其能夠限制可溶性和細胞樣物質從血液進入大腦。大腦微血管內皮細胞與外周內皮細胞相比具有一些特性:如1)腦微血管內皮細胞有許多細胞間緊密連接,這些連接造成很高的跨內皮阻抗,并能延遲細胞旁的通量;2)腦微血管內皮細胞缺乏內皮細胞窗孔結構并且其液相物質胞飲水平低;3)腦微血管內皮細胞具有不對稱定位的酶和載體介導的轉運系統,從而造成“兩極分化”的表現型。與外周內皮細胞相同,大腦微血管內皮細胞表面表達細胞粘附分子以調控白細胞進入大腦。由于微血管內皮細胞的器官特異性,大腦微血管內皮細胞廣泛用于研究血腦屏障的分子和細胞機制。


        ? ? ? ScienCell實驗室的HBMEC分離自人大腦組織,原代凍存,冰凍運輸。每管細胞密度超過5×105/ml。細胞特性經vWF/Factor VIII和CD31 (P-CAM) 免疫熒光鑒定,能夠攝取DiI標記乙?;兔芏戎鞍?DiI-Ac-LDL)。本細胞經檢測不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell 實驗室特制的培養基,可保證此細胞的良好培養。
