      成纖維細胞是來源于胚胎中胚層的間充質細胞,是最容易體外培養的細胞之一,廣泛應用于許多細胞學和生物學研究。它們的耐用性也使它們適用于從細胞轉染到顯微注射的各種操作。它們負責在結締組織中細胞外基質的合成,并在傷口愈合中發揮核心作用。成纖維細胞可分泌富含I型和/或III型膠原的非剛性細胞外基質。人膀胱基質成纖維細胞也可分泌主要與膀胱上皮細胞作用的FGF-7。FGF-7對多層膀胱上皮形成的刺激作用很重要。
      Sciencell研究實驗室的人膀胱微血管內皮細胞是從人膀胱組織中分離得到的,一代凍存,冰凍運輸。每管細胞密度超過5×10^5/ml。該細胞可通過纖連蛋白的免疫熒光鑒定。本細胞經檢測不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell?實驗室特制的培養基,可保證此細胞15倍增殖。
