        ? ? ? 血管平滑肌細胞是許多動脈疾病的主要靶細胞。血管平滑肌細胞的加速生長潛能是血管疾病進展的關鍵因素。最新研究表明血管平滑肌細胞表達的血管內皮細胞表達細胞粘附因子ICAM-1?和?VCAM-1,研究表明這些因子能促進血管內皮細胞增殖,分化和血管壁的炎癥反應,并且與血管疾病的進展及穩定有關。人血管平滑肌細胞的體外培養是血管研究中的重要模型,并將對血管疾病的藥理學和治療研究提供大量信息。
